Description
A blue fairy... was done by using a stock photo of SIS
The HUE colorspace was first rotated to get that blue apperance, then slight highlights and shadows were applied by using burn and dodge tool.
Then i did some skin smoothening and hairtracing with the smear tool, and applied parts of the Pleyades astronomy photos to the image with the use of layers with negative multiply mode.
After that i applied some yellow sprinkles around her eyes for a slight golden eye makeup.
